Split sleep
I now work the hours of 2:00 AM-&7:00 AM for BROWN. I need to be fresh Sunday mornings, and most evenings. I also need time to study, pray, lead, and administer the details of a new church. I'm finding some interesting research about sleeping twice a day. Has anyone out there tried this?
